I got a ticket. Is my insurance affected immediately?

If you receive a traffic ticket, it may cause a record that may affect your insurance. However, if you dispute it in court, there is no record until the court case is over. Accordingly, if you fight the ticket, your insurance company does not see it immediately.  The Ministry of Transportation creates a record of the ticket only after the court case ends.
