Our Three Approaches to Fighting Traffic Tickets

This is the easiest and most risk-free way to have you cleared of the offence completely.

2. Trial

A trial as an approach entails the use of evidence and witness testimony with the goal to have the charge completely withdrawn. A traffic offence trial requires extensive preparation in terms of gathering and analyzing all evidence available, and summoning independent witnesses, if any. Such preparation is necessary to put in doubt the evidence of the police officer, which is most often very credible.

3. Resolution

Where a trial is not recommended and there are no favourable procedural nuances, we advise our clients to opt for resolutions. This means negotiating with the prosecution to:
